Double Exhibition Shines in Longjiang: A New Chapter Begins in the Year of the Horse

Spring tides surge along the rivers, and dragons rise in Longjiang. On March 17th, the 49th International Longjiang Furniture Exhibition and the 39th Asian International Home Furnishing Industry Expo opened magnificently in Longjiang, Shunde, alongside the Guangdong (Foshan) Furniture Wholesale Industry Investment Promotion Conference. This is the first major event for the Shunde furniture industry in the Year of the Horse (Bingwu) and a significant window for the "China Furniture Design & Manufacturing Town" to showcase its robust strength and future vision to the world.

In his address, Chairman Xu Xiangnan highly commended the profound heritage and innovative vitality of Longjiang furniture. He noted that Longjiang, leveraging its industrial advantage of the "Ten-mile Corridor, Thousand-showroom Cluster," has created an exhibition-trade model of "Six Halls Synergy, Hundred Showrooms Cooperation." Centered on the theme "Whole Industry Chain Integration · Design Empowerment," it integrates furniture, materials, equipment, services, and other formats, injecting strong momentum into the modernization of China's furniture industry.

At the opening ceremony, the **Shunde Southwest Cluster Pan-home Furnishings Brand Pavilion** officially opened in Hall A of the Asian International Exhibition and Trade Center. Covering 340 square meters, the pavilion brings together advantageous brands from four towns—Longjiang, Leliu, Xingtan, and Jun'an—in sectors like furniture, building materials, home appliances, food, and apparel. Well-known enterprises such as Lesso, Nanxing, Bear, Chambao, and Hax showcased their products collectively. This powerful alliance sounds the strongest note for the Southwest Cluster's pan-home industry, creating a new window for exhibition, exchange, and experience.

During the launch ceremony for the "Shunde District Furniture Industry High-Quality Development & Assured Consumption Initiative," several key announcements were made: the release of the "Smart Sofa" association standard, the list of enterprises authorized to use the "Shunde Furniture®" collective trademark, the list of Longjiang furniture enterprises committed to assured consumption, and the newly established consumer rights protection stations. Zhang Weiming, Executive President of Shunde Furniture Association, read the "Furniture Industry Assured Consumption Proposal," calling on the whole industry to build the "Shunde Furniture" brand into a symbol of assured quality and worry-free purchasing for consumers.

Yu Feiyan, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Longjiang Town, proposed three strategies in her speech: "Building Momentum through Persistence, Leveraging Strength through Integration, and Creating New Momentum through Breakthroughs." Persistence stems from Longjiang's deep roots; the official opening of the 2.5 billion yuan Asian International Exhibition and Trade Center marks the full formation of the "Six Halls + Ten-mile Corridor + Thousand Showrooms" exhibition-trade landscape. Integration leverages the Southwest Cluster Brand Pavilion to promote synergy between manufacturing and service industries, turning the expo into an urban carnival. Breakthroughs involve seizing new opportunities in AI, the debut economy, and wellness furniture, making AI large models the "global salesperson" for Longjiang furniture.
